3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for account security
- One account per person
- Must be 13+ years old
- You own all content you create

- Monthly: $14.99/month
- Yearly: $149.99/year
- Lifetime: $349.99 one-time
Free Trial
- 3-day free trial available with the Yearly plan
- Full access to all premium features during trial
- We will notify you 24 hours before billing starts
- Auto-converts to paid unless cancelled
- Cancel anytime during trial at no cost
Billing
- Charged through your Apple ID via the App Store
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Cancellation effective at end of billing period
- No refunds for partial periods
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use service for illegal activities
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Attempt to hack or disrupt service
- Use for spam or harassment
- Share account credentials
- Reverse engineer the app
6. Content Ownership
- Your Content: You retain all rights to content you create
- Our Service: We own the PALNION app and technology
- License to Us: You grant us license to store and process your content to provide the service
- AI Processing: Content may be processed by AI services (OpenAI) to provide features
7. AI Services Disclaimer
- AI transcription and translation may not be 100% accurate
- Review important content before use
- We are not liable for AI errors or mistranslations
- AI suggestions are not professional advice
8. Data and Privacy

- You can export or delete data anytime
- We may access content to provide support or prevent abuse
9. Service Availability
- We strive for 99.9% uptime
- Scheduled maintenance may occur
- Features may change or be discontinued
- No guarantee of specific availability
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, fail to pay subscription fees, or abuse the service.
You may terminate by deleting your account in settings or cancelling your subscription through the App Store.
11. Disclaimers
PALNION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We disclaim warranty of merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy of AI features.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for lost data or content, AI transcription errors, translation mistakes, service interruptions, or indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability: Amount paid in last 12 months.
13. Governing Law
Governed by laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved in Delaware courts. Arbitration required for claims under $10,000.
